Refund Policy

Lumora sells digital products. Once a certificate is generated and delivered, we generally cannot offer refunds — just like a downloaded song or a printed photo. We want to be straight with you about this.

When we will refund

  • A technical error on our side prevented delivery of your certificate or account access.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.
  • You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and no certificate has been downloaded or gift link opened.

When we won’t refund

  • You changed your mind after the certificate was generated.
  • The recipient didn’t like the gift (we understand — but this is out of our control).
  • You expected IAU official recognition (we are very clear this is symbolic).

Payment disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute it and provide transaction evidence to your bank. We’d much rather just talk to you — email us at support@lumora.space.
